By participating in my coaching service/website, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist or health care professional (i.e. physician, psychiatrist, etc.) and my services do not replace the care of such professions. I will at all times exercise my best professional judgements, efforts, skills and care.

I am very good at what I do. I’ve got the knowledge, experience and the skills. I however spent less time in school choosing to go the route of real-life experience instead. You also have my commitment to doing my best to coach you, and everything in my power to help you learn and grow. Given my background, I am willing to speak to lawyers as well as the courts.

I value being non-judgmental and providing you a safe environment in which to discuss relatively sensitive issues. Respect and discretion are my commitment to you.

By participating in any of my programs, you agree to the following:

• You agree that all program content, files, audios and information are copyrighted material and cannot, in any way, be reproduced without my written consent.

• You understand there are no guarantees with the outcome of the program as success is based on your individual participation and commitment to the work.

• I aim to describe my products as concisely and accurately as possible. However, programs evolve and grow, therefore there may be times where my website is not entirely current, or error-free (though I attempt to keep it as up-to-date as possible).

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will still be required to pay for the pro-rated cost of the missed session.
